Where To Bridge THT/wTHT

At the launch, there will be a website created by the Thought team that will serve as the bridge between native and wrapped tokens. CoinMetro may support deposits and withdrawals in the wrapped token later if it chooses to. For now, only send native THT to CoinMetro unless provided with an explicit Avalanche address.
